Shipping Info
Please be aware that all shipping times are ESTIMATED and that unexpected delays may occur.
We provide 2 person delivery to the ground floor of your home or business. We will also deliver to your condo if you have a freight elevator.
If you require anything over and above, you can request the delivery crew. It will be up to them to honor or decline your request. We highly recommend hiring a local moving company for oversized + complicated deliveries.
TIMEFRAME
We ship with only the best carriers in the business, including our own dedicated delivery crew. We never compromise on the shipping experience for our customers.
Our in-house delivery team services the entire East Coast, as well as Kansas City, Oklahoma, and Texas. We rotate our delivery routes between the Northeast, Southeast, and Texas, resulting in a delivery cycle of approximately 6–8 weeks for each region.
For example, if you order a ready-to-ship item for delivery to Florida and we have just completed our Florida route, there may be a wait before the next scheduled delivery.

Delivery Surcharges for Oversized & Large Items
Due to the size and weight of certain furniture pieces, additional delivery surcharges may apply.
An oversized item surcharge applies to large furniture pieces that require a two-person delivery crew to unload and bring the item into your home.
This surcharge applies to both made-to-order and ready-to-ship furniture.
Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Ready to Ship Items:
Ready to Ship items usually ship within a week of purchase and can typically be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Custom (vintage) Items:
Customized vintage items have a production time of 8-10 weeks from order to delivery.
Newly Made Items:
Newly made items have a production time of 10-11 weeks and an estimated delivery time of 2 weeks upon completion.
